WELCOME TO THE CHARLESTON POST OF SAME!The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) is the premier professional engineering association in the United States for connecting architects, engineers and builders in the public sector and private industry, uniting them to improve individual and collective capabilities for national security. The Charleston Post was established in 1941. The current membership includes more than 200 individual members along with 30 companies and organizations representing military and civilian engineering professionals.

SAME Charleston hosted a one-day Small Business Workshop!
February 16th at the Charleston Area Convention Center SB Topics presented by USACE Charleston & SBA: Rupert Forester-Bennett, Head of Pelydryn LLC, spoke at lunch about "Bathymetric LiDAR in support of Coastal Environmental Monitoring" This event is open to ALL BUSINESSES, Members and Non-Members. This SB Workshop does not take the place of or overlap with the annual Industry Day event, which will be held on May 3rd. On Saturday, February 25, 2011, the Charleston Post is having a Young Member Social and Networking Event at the South Carolina Stingrays ice hockey game. This game is also the Stingrays' annual Pink in the Rink night benefiting Susan G. Komen Lowcountry. |
